Independent AI software studio · Wyoming USA · Remote-first
Twenty years of enterprise craft. Now building your AI app.
I spent two decades delivering software inside large organisations — ERP rollouts, business planning systems, the first robotics implementation at a multinational retailer. Jedro Labs is that discipline at your size: one person accountable, working software in weeks, everything handed over in full.

The record — why twenty years isn't a figure of speech
SAP
Implemented inside Coca-Cola. The class of project that eats consultancies; I was on the delivery end at global scale.

What you can hire me for
Fixed scope · Fixed priceA custom AI app
We agree the smallest version that changes your week, and I ship it. Your cloud, your repository, your data — keys, not a dependency.
The hand-work, automated
Quoting, invoicing, inbox triage, reporting. LEAN first: I map where the hours actually go before writing code. Sometimes the answer isn't AI, and I'll say so.
A second opinion before you commit
A fixed-fee review of the AI project you're about to buy or build. Twenty years of watching these go wrong, condensed into a week and a straight answer.
Result · Luxury tourism operator, Dubai
Administration down 85%. The team went back to serving guests.
A luxury tourism organisation in Dubai spent most of its week on administration. That time now goes where it matters — the service their guests actually pay for.
